Leasing Office

Shamia Adams my leasing consultant have been very helpful during this pandemic and very understanding. She helped me get my rent paid and caught up. Thank you for working with me. Times are very hard and we need more people like her around!

How it's going

My family and I have been living here at Avenue 33 for a year now. The community is gated, clean and quiet. The office staff are very helpful and friendly. Maintenance team are incredible, they are fast, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend Avenue 33 Apartment as a great choice of living.

I have been living here for about 8 months now. Maintenance has been incredible - a lot of the time they come and fix requests either same day or the very next day.
